Q: What are the advantages of reglazing verses replacing my bathtub and/ or tile?
The advantages are many. Here are but a few...
FIRST, There is a large cost savings. Regalzing a tub costs thousands of dollars less than replacing an existing bathtub. The down side of replacing a tub , besides the obvious expense of you having to buy another tub, is that a new tub will not fit in the exact same place on the bath room floor.
So, you will have the added expense necessary of paying for a flooring repairman. Not to mention having to carry your existing bathtub out of your home and bringing in the replacement tub!

Q: How long will it be before I can use the tub/ bathroom after you finish working on it?
You can enjoy your bathtub and bathroom within 24 to 48 hours after the reglazing process is done!

Q: Is the new surface easy to clean and care for?
Absolutely! Lysol tub and Tile Cleaner or Dow Bathroom Cleaner works great!

Q: Can you treat the bottom surface of the tub with a texture for traction and safety?
Yes. Any tub reglazing job can be upgraded to include this safety feature! (In fact the manufacturer discourages the use of the suction cup style tub mats.)

Q:Do you come out to my house and give estimates?
We will come out and give you an estimate, but a trip fee will be imposed.
Free estimates are gladly given over the telephone or through email correspondence!

Q:What prep work is needed before you come and start the job?
Shower curtains need to be taken down and personal items need to be removed from the work area. If a shower door is installed, this must also be removed. Feel free to contact us, for details on this pertaining to your individual circumstances!

Q: Is this process safe?
Absolutely, in fact our process can actually make your bathroom safer!
Our reglazing process completely encapsulates the old finish of your existing bathtub, so if you currently are running the risk of having LEAD seeping out of your existing bathtub,
(as 70% of bathtubs manufactured before 1984 are at risk of doing!)
then our process makes your bathtub even more safe than it is right now!
Our process is also absolutely 100% Isocyanate free!
